  • Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, with especially fast delivery in Texas (typically 1–2 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Continental US orders arrive in 3–7 business days. International shipping is not available yet.
  • How long does processing take? Orders placed before 1 PM CST usually ship the same or next business day.
  • Free shipping? Yes—free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (US only).

Subscriptions & Auto-Delivery

Our subscription option makes it effortless to maintain your mindful rituals—delivering your chosen ampoules, creams, or inner-beauty essentials on a schedule that fits your life.

  • How it works: Select "Subscribe & Save" on eligible products at checkout. Items ship automatically (e.g., every 4-8 weeks—customizable). Charges occur a few days before each shipment to your saved payment method.
  • Benefits: Convenient delivery, built-in discounts (typically 10–20% off recurring orders), priority access to new launches, and full control to pause, skip, or adjust anytime.
  • When am I charged? The first charge happens at checkout. Future charges are automatic and confirmed via email before each shipment.

    • Skip a delivery
    • Pause shipments (e.g., 1–6 months)
    • Change frequency, quantity, items, address, or payment method

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want every Youth Rituals product to feel perfect for your routine. Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards (especially for skincare and ingestible supplements), returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Eligible: Full refund (minus original shipping) for qualifying unopened products.
  • Ineligible: Opened or partially used items (including Florêve ampoules, Arocell creams/toners/eye creams, Olière masks/treatments) due to contamination risks.
  • Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days with photos—we'll send a free replacement or full refund (including shipping).
  • How to return: Email contact@youthrituals.com with your order number. We'll provide a prepaid return label (US only). Refunds process within 5–10 business days after inspection.
