Shipping & Returns

At Youth Rituals, we’re committed to delivering your mindful beauty essentials with the same care and intention you bring to your daily rituals. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, tracking, and returns.

Shipping Information

Where do we ship? We proudly ship to all 50 US states. Texas customers enjoy especially swift delivery—typically 1–2 business days via our trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). For the rest of the continental US, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. International shipping is not available at this time—we hope to expand soon!

Processing & Shipping Times Orders placed before 1 PM CST on business days usually ship the same day or next business day. Processing may take an extra day during peak periods (e.g., holidays).

Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (US only). Orders under $50 incur a flat shipping fee (calculated at checkout).

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link. Log into your Youth Rituals account > "My Orders" for real-time updates anytime.

Returns & Refunds

We want every Youth Rituals ritual to feel transformative and perfectly suited to you. For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons (standard in clean skincare, haircare, and ingestible supplements), we accept returns or exchanges only for unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

  • Full refund (minus original shipping fees) for qualifying unopened items.
  • Refunds process to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Ineligible Items Due to health and contamination risks:

  • Opened or partially used products (including Florêve ampoules, Arocell creams/toners/eye creams, Olière masks/treatments) are non-returnable.
  • Gift cards, personalized items, or final-sale products (if noted).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no extra cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email contact@youthrituals.com with your order number and reason (we'll respond quickly!).
  2. We'll provide a prepaid return label (US only) for your convenience.
  3. Ship back the eligible item(s) using the label.
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or replacement.

This policy aligns with Texas regulations (no mandatory returns for non-defective items) while prioritizing product integrity and your safety—thank you for your understanding.
