Welcome to Youth Rituals (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of youthrituals.com, our mobile site, and any related services, including purchases, subscriptions, and interactions (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or subscribing to our rituals, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new version with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@youthrituals.com of any unauthorized use.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud or errors in pricing).

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and fees are calculated at checkout. We use secure third-party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments) — we do not store full payment card details.

3. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are recurring and billed automatically on the schedule you select (e.g., every 30 or 60 days). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your saved payment method until you cancel or pause.

You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel subscriptions anytime through your account dashboard (“My Account > Subscriptions”). Cancellation stops future charges and shipments; it does not affect already-processed orders.

We may offer promotional pricing or discounts that revert to standard rates after the promotional period. You will receive email reminders before each billing and shipment.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy (linked in the footer) for full details. Returns are accepted only for eligible unopened items within 30 days, subject to hygiene and safety restrictions common for skincare and supplements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, product descriptions, videos, logos, and rituals—is owned by Youth Rituals or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Limited permission is granted to view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. User Content and Reviews

You may submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content for any purpose (including marketing).

You represent that your User Content is accurate, does not infringe third-party rights, and is not defamatory or unlawful. We may remove or edit User Content at our discretion without notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
  • Resell or distribute our products for commercial purposes without authorization. This restriction does not apply to approved wholesale or B2B clients who have entered into a separate wholesale agreement with Youth Rituals and comply with its terms.
  • Engage in fraud, abuse, or misuse of promotions/subscriptions.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Site.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
  • Bid on our brand terms in paid search advertising.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or refuse service for violations.

8. Product Information and Disclaimers

Our products are beauty and wellness rituals intended to support healthy-looking skin and overall vitality. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results vary by individual. We do not make medical claims.

Always consult a healthcare professional before using new skincare or supplements, especially if pregnant, nursing, or having medical conditions.

We strive for accuracy in descriptions and images, but colors, textures, and ingredients may vary slightly. Products are sold “as is.”

No warranties: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Youth Rituals, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data loss, or emotional distress) arising from your use of the Site, products, or subscriptions — even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These limitations apply even if a remedy fails its essential purpose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Youth Rituals and our affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your misuse of products or the Site.
  • Any third-party claims related to your actions.

11. Dispute Resolution – Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or our products (including subscriptions) shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Dallas, Texas, under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

You and Youth Rituals agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Only individual arbitration is allowed. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding.

This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Small claims court actions in your county of residence may still be available for qualifying disputes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

13. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns) constitute the entire agreement.
  • If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
  • Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
  • We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
  • No agency, partnership, or joint venture is created.
