Continue using a gentle cleanser that works well for your skin. You do not need to switch cleansers to participate. A serum is optional: if you already use one that suits your skin, you can continue using it before the Booster Cream.

Do I still need SPF?

Yes. Continue using your usual daily SPF as the final step of your morning routine.
