Microneedling post care is mostly about what you leave out. For the first days after a treatment, most providers ask for the same simple routine: a mild cleanse, a comforting layer of moisture, sun protection, and no actives. This duo is that routine in two products: Arocell's pH-balanced Cica Repair Panthenol Whipped Cleanser and the Hyal B5 Soothing Cream with 5% panthenol. Nothing exfoliating, nothing fragranced, nothing that stings.
What skin wants in the week after microneedling
- A cleanse without friction – lukewarm water, an airy foam that rinses off, no scrubbing, no tight feeling afterwards.
- Comfort and moisture – ingredients that help skin feel calm and hydrated while it is dry, pink and tight.
- Nothing to work around – no exfoliating acids, retinol, vitamin C, alcohol denat., added fragrance or essential oils until your provider says your usual routine can resume.
What is inside the post-care duo
- Cica Repair Panthenol Whipped Cleanser, 160 g – a marshmallow-soft foam with centella asiatica, panthenol, allantoin and aloe. Cleanses thoroughly and leaves the skin soft rather than tight. Morning and evening.
- Hyal B5 Soothing Cream, 80 ml – 5% panthenol, ceramide NP, squalane, cholesterol, beta-glucan and a multi-weight hyaluronic complex. Comforts redness-prone skin and supports the moisture barrier. The last step, morning and evening.
What is not in the duo
- No exfoliating acids (AHA, BHA, PHA)
- No retinol, no vitamin C
- No alcohol denat.
- No added fragrance (parfum), no essential oils
Why these ingredients for post-care
- 5% panthenol (vitamin B5), centella asiatica, allantoin and beta-glucan – the ingredients sensitive-skin formulas are usually built around.
